I am rejecting this response because:
If you tell yourself something long enough, will never make it true.  All he  does here is contorts the truth to fit that weak narrative and ends with…  ‘look at our overall customer satisfaction rating’.  Yes, the kitchen is nice, but what he does not say is he did not pay the vendor for the appliances and that is what is at issue.  The other supposition he purports will be thoroughly litigated  and found to be false on its face.  He states that “We are in communication with all parties involved and are working to resolve all issues.”  I have been in contact with the vendor Factory Builders Stores  and they state he has only paid $1,000 towards that debt.  What he does not seem to understand is that his lack of commitment to  this debt in a timely and expeditiously manner will most certainly be his undoing.  There were no other obligations required to be satisfied by us.  All the changes to the original design were due to his not following the SIGNED contract.  I would suggest he reads it again thoroughly  as it will become the cornerstone of that ligation. 
 
In addition, as he suggest that these upgrades were agreed to, I would ask that he pull up that (signed) documentation as well.

It is devastating for both the contractor and the client when an exciting plan is made, long hours have been spent creating a beautiful design, selections are precise, the contract is signed, and then suddenly comes the discovery of unforeseen structure placement....

This was a difficult situation for both parties. It is obvious by all of Ballroom Baths and Home Designs excellent reviews regarding high quality customer service, integrity and outstanding work that this client is not disclosing the full truth or all of the facts about this project. Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] paid in full for the initial contract amount but they refuse to pay for the agreed revised contract; (upgraded appliances), upgraded electrical, and reconstructing custom cabinetry. Ballroom Baths & Home Design has gone above and beyond the call of excellence to accommodate this home owner in spite of the unforeseen circumstances. We are in communication with all parties involved and are working to resolve all issues.
