My son gave me a Groupon gift certificate for a 40 minute dance lesson with Ballroom City Sarasota, FL. (ph#941-726-0569). Cost $39.90; I called three times and left a message with Ballroom City trying to set up and schedule the dance lesson. None of my calls were returned. I tried emailing the same company, with no response. I complained to Groupon, having no response. I am requesting a refund of $39.90;

This is a verbal reply taken by Revdex.com:
Groupon never sent us any notifications about the purchase, however we are still willing to honor the services purchased through Groupon. The consumer may have to pursue the funds with Groupon since we never received the money, as Groupon never sent us payment.
We had to relocate and closed our doors due to issues with our previous landlord.
We will have an open house at our new location on March 28th, and we hope to be operational by beginning of April.

My son gave me the groupon gift certificate for a dance lesson with Ballroom City. He told me that he paid for the lesson via credit card. He feels Ballroom City is lying. I agree with him. I would like the Revdex.com to pursue my complaint for a refund!
