[redacted] , We received your complain from [redacted] He did come to our office and we provided a service that under his medical plan required pre-authorization [redacted] was told that due to the contingencies with his medical insurance we would have to wait for Authorization to provide the serviceHe was adamant that he wanted the services given the same dayWe told the patient that due to us doing a service the same day we would ask for payment upfront for services that require authorization since he didn't want to wait for Authorization to come through from his insurance [redacted] was told that we would submit this to his insurance and if they paid we would be refunding the money paid once it was posted in our systemInsurances have processing times that we do not controlHe called numerous times and I assured him that we are waiting on the insurance and for us to post it to our system as we too have a process that we go through when it comes to refundsI asked MrDerefesu to be patient with us and the processHe told us that he paid cash for this services when we showed another formI had to investigate this issue which took time because of conflicting information that he provided usSince the information given to us by the patient didnt match I told the patient that we would need proof as to how he paidAfter further accounting investigating we found that he had paid with [redacted] which he then asked for checkI told [redacted] that we wouldn't be providing a refund via check because we refund the patient in the same form that they pay usI then asked for [redacted] to give us his [redacted] account account via voicemail so we can settle his accountI have yet to hear from him to obtain such informationIf you have any questions please feel free to contact meRegards, Elvia

After I paid for the service though with my *** card I was told a claim was issued to my insurance provider which is *** However they have not credited my account even though they have collected the payment from my insurance provider

Review: I had my wisdom teeth removed in December. I paid the pull amount for the process after insurance that day in the office. They have all of my information. I keep revolving a claim form from my insurance telling me that ballston metro dental has no submitted the claim. I have received two per month for the last 7 months calling them each time to correct the claim. I have emailed them multiple copies of the claims on multiple cAlls. I keep receiving the claim to this day. Every time I call they simply say they have a lot going on and are too busy to handle the claim. They will do nothing for me on their end for a process which they must handle.Desired Settlement: Please correct the claim request and send my insurance company the forms. This has been way to long and for you to do nothing about it is terrible.
