I purchased 2-16 oz. bottles of this body wash for Christmas. They both were gifts. My family recently opened them to use and it is a horrible product. My parents ended up demoting the body wash to a hand wash and then eventually deciding to throw it away. It was a hard, jelly-like product and wouldn't stay on the wash cloth very well and kept getting flushed down the bath tub and being wasted. My husband finally decided to use his and it ended up staining our new white washcloths permentely and did not smell good at all. For the price of these body washes they should at least be halfway decent. I recently reached out to the company to see if I could get a refund and they told me that would be possible. They sent me a shipping return label via email and I sent out the package today by USPS. The company told me to contact them via email when I shipped out the box and they told me they would be sending me a refund when they receive it. Then they sent me another e-mail today stating that they would not be sending me a refund because it's been over 30 days. Mind you, I had already sent the product in the mail and was told they would be sending me a refund. I don't know how a company expects to have only a 30 day return policy especially when you're buying items around Christmas time for gifts.

This is ***, the founder of Ballsy. I just received your Revdex.com complaint today and was really upset when I looked into how your issue was handled by our support team and wanted to issue you an apology and of course a full refund.
I see that you were dissatisfied with the wash, which I'm sorry to hear. We really do our best to make the best possible product we can and we do have thousands of customers that absolutely love it. That said, we know it's quite a bit different than traditional washes and for those that don't enjoy it, we offer a money-back guarantee which you should have been given immediately without having to send the product back.
I'm truly sorry for how our support team handled this case as they've been instructed to issue a refund no questions asked. I will say that we did let Marc go at the end of February, and I will be making sure *** knows how to better handle this situation moving forward.
When I started this business it was with creating a great quality fun product and providing excellent customer service and I'm truly sorry I let you down with both.
