I signed a 3/36,lease on a RAVthrough Toyota of Wausau a few weeks agoThe process went smoothly, but the dealership never explained any of the discounts/promotions Toyota currently offersI am a recent graduate, and would've liked to have known that I could save $under Toyota's Recent Graduate program However, the dealership never mentioned this program to meI feel that it is Toyota's responsibility to inform customers of current incentives, and I am entitled to receive the $discount I meet all of the qualifications to receive the rebate as provided on Toyota's website--https://www.toyotafinancial.com/pub/w/planning_center/financing_options...⇄

The response by the business summarizes everything I said in my complaint, but does nothing to resolve the issue.I firmly believe that Ballweg should've informed me (and should inform all customers) of current promotions prior to finalizing any sales.If they had told me about the Recent Graduate program prior to when I signed the lease, I could've easily provided documentation and received the discount. It is not my fault I didn't receive the discount, and shouldn't have to sacrifice $because the dealership failed to provide proper customer service.Again, I would like to reiterate that my experience at the dealership was good overall and my salesperson was very helpful and friendly.However, this doesn't excuse the current situation. The dealership is clearly at fault and should pay me the $I am eligible for

Wisconsin. Please update the Revdex.com records to confirm that the complaint pertains to the correct company. On June 22, 2017, Mr. [redacted] signed a lease agreement for a 2017 Toyota RAV4.The lessor under the vehicle lease is Toyota Financial Services. At that the lease was signed, Toyota of Wausau was not aware that Mr. [redacted] qualified for the Toyota Financial Services College Graduate Program $750 incentive.  On July 12, 2017, Mr. Solberg contacted Toyota of Wausau and informed our Sales Consultant, Chris Ziedler, that Mr. Solberg would have qualified for the incentive.  An inquiry was made to Toyota Financial Services requesting that Mr. Solberg still receive the $750 incentive, but Toyota Financial Services declined the request because the lease agreement had already been signed. Toyota of Wausau followed up with Mr. Solberg and informed Mr. Solberg that Toyota of Wausau will promptly send him a check for $750, the amount equal to the College Graduate Program incentive. Toyota of Wausau appreciates that Mr. Solberg brought his concern to our attention.
