Thank you for the opportunity to address this situation. Mr. [redacted] brought his vehicle to Ballweg Chevrolet, Inc. on May 27, 2014. The service technician, [redacted], inspected the vehicle A/C system 
and verified that there was dye leaking out of the center of the...

condenser and there also appeared to be road debris damage to the condenser. The technician recommended replacing the condenser and 
installing an updated impact protection screen to prevent damage to the new condenser per guidelines from a GM service bulletin. When Mr. [redacted] was informed of the repair recommendations 
he said would be returning the vehicle to the dealership that he bought from for repairs. 
 
While we stand by our technician’s diagnosis, and particularly the applicable GM guidelines, Ballweg Chevrolet, Inc. appreciates that Mr. [redacted] brought his concern to our attention, and we will be 
reimbursing the $57.00 requested by Mr. [redacted]. Ballweg Chevrolet truly values its customers and again, we thank the Revdex.com the opportunity to address this situation.
