Thank you for the opportunity to address this situation. Mr. [redacted] did purchase the 2010 Dodge Journey from Ballweg Ford, Inc. and the original extended warranty was part of that transaction. The 
paperwork for transferring the warranty from the original owner to Mr....

[redacted] was thought to have been sent to the Ballweg Ford, Inc. corporate office and that the processing of the paperwork was 
pending. However, the corporate office had not received the paperwork. 
 
Promptly after being notified of the Revdex.com complaint by Mr. [redacted] we obtained and filled out the documents needed to transfer the vehicle warranty, and called Mr. [redacted]. I personally spoke to him, 
and explained what needed to be completed and emailed the forms to him to sign. He will return the documents and we will submit them on his behalf and pay the transfer fee required as well. 
After our conversation, Mr. [redacted] was satisfied with our action to resolve his concern. Ballweg Ford truly values its customers and again, we appreciate the opportunity to address this situation.
