In we found that our car was using alot of oil and we were checking it constantly due to using so much oil We talked to a mutual friend about it and he happens to be a mechanic He told us that he had seen a recall on Oil consumption issues on our car online He got us the information and we then called Ballweg in LaCrosse On September 22, we brought our Toyota Camry into Ballweg Toyota as they did a oil comsumption test on our car Mileage on the car was 159,when we brought in the car for the test We were instructed to bring car back when we had between - miles on the car We returned on Oct 24, The car failed the test The mileage was 160,miles when we returned to Ballweg On December 29, we took our car in to have the problem corrected They put in a new short block, balance shaft and bearings, along with other parts Car at that time had 162,miles on it when it went inAfter they had fixed the problem, we had Ballweg

The dealership post an add at CARSCom about a Toyota Prius .I called them and ask if the car is available for sale and to set up appointment .They said that is for sale and is ready .I told them that I will drive from Green Bay ,wi which is hours one way so I like to make sure to be able to see the car .they said it is not a problem .we made appointment and I drove to the dealer hours later mlOne way ,I went to speak with the selling person and he told me that he won't show the car to me !!!! He said you should call first !!! I told him I did .and finally after all I spoke to the manager .he said that there is a safety issue and he can't sell the car becouse of that .So after all who is going to pay for my whole waisted day , gas ext ?? I called Toyota corporated - they said the same-SORRY .so I guess I just have to tell the gas station sorry after I fill gas and have to pay ? Hope that somebody will stand for me and make them pay for their mistake

I really apritiated your time and effort to help me out in this situation against a biggest car corporation in worldI would feel better if they were offer me a $ gift card or something like that at my visit .but all they did was to tell me sorry and act arrogant and not feeling true lily guilty for their mistake.Yes they said they will fix the car witch will take between 3-months .yes 3-months .and when I asked if they have similar car at similar price -they said that they don't .so the manager is simply lying $ gift card is an half hour of labor by their mechanics .I spend hours driving and way over dollars of gas and my car amortization driving over mlSo they should stand behind their name as s Toyota dealership and make their Toyota costumers feel happy and valiuble as they all talk about in their comersials on TV .I was not made feel like that .I felt dissapoited and not serve with respect .Even more -I get the arrogant and disrespectful costumer service Now after I read the Manager answer I feel like I was totaly right in my first impression with this dealershipWhen you make mistake -like we all do -you have to fix it and make me feel to come back as a Toyota Prius owner for more then years .I still have Prius but I really trully feel like Toyota does not deserve someone like me .I made many people buy a Prius .hope to get a at least $ gift card for my gas and time spend because someone did not do his job he gets paid .Thanks Regards,

We understand that Mr. [redacted] is not interested in being a Toyota of La Crosse customer and we think that is a satisfactory solution. We’re again sorry to hear Mr. [redacted] was not satisfied with the $50 Kwik Trip gas/gift card we provided. And again, we apologize for any inconvenience. Toyota of La Crosse appreciates that the Revdex.com brought Mr. [redacted]’s concerns to our attention. However, in light of Mr. [redacted]’s repeated personal attacks, we respectfully submit that such attacks are wholly unfounded, do not reflect the experience of our many valued customers and are damaging to our employees and valued customers. At this time, we will consider this matter closed with no additional responses to follow.
