I took my ring there and had a diamond replaced well a week later the same diamond fell out and I took it back and they called me a liar w my receipt And when I asked for the diamond to be fixed he said it wasn't the same diamond he fixed a week ago... I said I wear this ring everyday for 7 years and put it on my finger a certain way everyday and your telling me it's not the sa,e diamond you just replaced a week ago?!?!?!?! Then I said you charged me $300 for this and he said if it was the smaller diamond it would have been cheaper and I said then you owe me money cuz that's the one you replaced and he continued to call me a liar!!!! I grabbed my ring out of his hand and left and let him know I'm reporting him!!!Desired SettlementI paid $300!!! I have the receipt!!!
