Baltic Home Improvements did a complete re-roofing with tear-off and new shingles on our two story house during the end of Summer 2015. Darius came to the house when agreed to review the work and promptly gave us a quote for the project. The quote was complete with any possible field conditions extras clearly stated. The work was performed when agreed with enough man-power to do it in a timely manner. They kept the site clean with a rubbish trailor on wheels that was temporarily placed in our driveway and removed within a day. We were in communication with Darius throughout and the work was done well, efficiently and to our satisfaction.
We are very happy with his work and have already recommended them for roofing work.

Baltic did an excellent job on my roof. When I needed a new roof Baltic was the first contractor to estimate the job. I had 5 more contractors estimate the job and none of them were as professional, and knowledgeable as Baltic. The estimate from Baltic was the most competitive, in terms of price, quality of materials, and workmanship. My roof was a complicated job. I had several Mansards, valleys and intersecting planes. Some contractors would not estimate my roof because they did not want to deal with it or were going to charge over $1200 extra and use an inferior shingle. Baltic's owner inspects the work during and after the crews were done and made sure that my wife and I were satisfied with the look and workmanship. This is a great roofing company. I highly recommend them.

Baltic Home Improvements did a roof removal and replacement for me which included a skylight as well as dealing with the insurance company. I found Darius to be a very honest and reputable person who outlined how things would be done and followed through on every bit of the process, as well as answering all my questions. I found the company to be a pleasure to deal with from their office to their installers and Darius himself. A very comfortable and enjoyable process.
