Review: made several attempts to rectify issue all one gets is a tape message left messages (4) message via the company telephone system before filing compliant we figure we would start with B>B.B. before filing any other compliant with USDA what was to be wonderful fun filled menu which included lemon basil Tilapia . I was summon into the kitchen as soon as I walk in the kitchen the smell was so offensive we had to discart the fish tilapia Fillets UPC 8 [redacted] 5 2.5 pound bags Lor [redacted] plant [redacted]

Recently we received a letter from the Revdex.com regarding the negative experience you had with the Baltimore Crab Company and out products. We have a stringent consumer complaint policy at our organization that requires the logging of all complaints received, and resolution to be executed within 10 days of the receipt of each complaint. Upon receiving the Revdex.com letter we checked our complaint log to make sure nothing was over looked. We have no records of receiving any complaint from you.
We are happy to honor our guarantee and hope to retain you as a customer. Please find enclosed a check to reimburse you for the product that did not meet your expectations.
If you have copies of the receipt, UPCs and/or lot numbers please re-send them to us so we might be able track down the source of this issue and help prevent issues in the future.

Recently we received a letter from the Revdex.com regarding the negative experience you had with the Baltimore Crab Company and our products. We have a stringent consumer complaint policy at our organization that requires the logging of all complaints received, and resolution to be executed within 10 days of the receipt of each complaint. Upon receiving the Revdex.com letter we checked our complaint log to make sure there are not any wide spread issues with product, and have determined your experience was an isolated incident. Our records indicate that you submitted a similar complaint in July of this year. Due to the frequency of complaints and our data showing this is an isolated incident we are denying any reimbursement. We recommend that if you try our products in the future and experience a quality issue to return the product to the retailer you purchased it from.
