Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: What kind of response to my complaint is "' [redacted] tells a good story"? I Believe this response shows how un-cooperative Warren has been throughout this whole situation We have stated the facts and how do we respond to this kind of response We thought we'd submitted a possible solution in our previous response We got nothing constructive back from him, as far as we know our winch is still sitting on the floor in his shop and has not been repaired We are requesting a response to our question of "How much its the price of the new repair part and how long will it take to be repaired I don't think after month this is an unreasonable request Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We took our winches to be repaired, we got them back on 10/13/ The next day we put the repaired winch on the trailer and went out blackfishing When we came back in and tried to put the boat back up on the trailer with the winch it did not work The next day we took it back to Warren and told him it still did not work.He told us to leave and he would fix it and call us back when it was done He has never called us we have always had to call him Each time we call him he gives us a different excuse I believe he put our winch aside without contacting the providers of the repair parts If he is stating they won't cover the repair part under warranty it is because he took so long to notify the company It was not from us not bringing it back within the day time period..As far as us not being willing to pay for the replacement part, that was never discussed We took him at his word that he was going to make the repair at no charge to us.This warranty excuse was only brought up during the last phone conversations we had with Warren He still stated he was going to repair the winch and he would call us when it was ready We are still waiting for a phone call from him.The next to the last phone call he again said that he would make the repair and he would have to eat the cost of the repair part and he would call us later that day We did not get a call as usual. The last phone call we had with him he stated he would call us when it was ready which he would not give a time frame in which it would be done I then stated I didn't believe he would fix it and that he was forcing me to contact you the Revdex.com and also NBC Troubleshooters his response was "Do what you have to do" and then he hung up on me.As far as the price of the repair part he has never discussed that with us To resolve this problem we are willing to pay 1/of the legitimate price of the repair part and not pay any labor charge I feel that both parties should be satisfied with this arrangement This has been going on far to long I believe I have been overly patient for months to get my winch back in proper working order.Thank you for your time and consideration to help solve this problem.Respectfully [redacted] ohit tHe said do what you have to do and he hung up on me stap Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  What kind of response to my complaint is "'[redacted] tells a good story"?  I Believe this response shows how un-cooperative Warren has been throughout this whole situation.  We have stated the facts and how do we respond to this kind of response.  We thought we'd submitted a possible solution in our previous response.  We got nothing constructive back from him, as far as we know our winch is still sitting on the floor in his shop and has not been repaired.  We are requesting a response to our question of "How much its the price of the new repair part and how long will it take to be repaired.  I don't think after 15 month this is an unreasonable request.

This unit was repaired and return in working condition. The customer did not return it immediately. In fact when he brought it back we looked at it called the manufacturer for warranty and they declined the warranty. The reason they declined the warranty was the unit was past the 90 day warranty on...

parts. The customer was advised if he paid for the part we would fix it and not charge for labor. The customer does not want to pay.

I am rejecting this response because:  We took our 2 winches to be repaired, we got them back on 10/13/15.  The next day we put the repaired winch on the trailer and went out blackfishing.  When we came back in and tried to put the boat back up on the trailer with the winch it did not work.  The next day we took it back to Warren and told him it still did not work.He told us  to leave and he would fix it and call us back when it was done.  He has never called us we have always had to call him.  Each time we call him he gives us a different excuse.  I believe he put our winch aside without contacting the providers of the repair parts.  If he is stating they won't cover the repair part under warranty it is because he took so long to notify the company.  It was not from us not bringing it back within the 90 day time period..As far as us not being willing to pay for the replacement part, that was never discussed.  We took him at his word that he was going to make the repair at no charge to us.This 90 warranty excuse was only brought up during the last 3 phone conversations we had with Warren.  He still stated he was going to repair the winch and he would call us when it was ready.  We are still waiting for a phone call from him.The next to the last phone call he again said that he would make the repair and he would have to eat the cost of the repair part and he would call us later that day.  We did not get a call as usual. The last phone call we had with him he stated he would call us when it was ready which he would not give a time frame in which it would be done.  I then stated I didn't believe he would fix it and that he was forcing me to contact you the Revdex.com and also NBC Troubleshooters.  his response was "Do what you have to do" and then he hung up on me.As far as the price of the repair part he has never discussed that with us.  To resolve this problem we are willing to pay 1/2 of the legitimate price of the repair part and not pay any labor charge.  I feel that both parties should be satisfied with this arrangement.  This has been going on far to long.  I believe I have been overly patient for 15 months to get my winch back in proper working order.Thank you for your time and consideration to help solve this problem.Respectfully[redacted]   ohit tHe said do what you have to do and he hung up on me.  stap
