Review: I purchased a 1997 Buick Regal on April 5, 2013, I purchased the car for $3,0000 dollars which did not include tags & taxes. He told me that odometer meter was 124000 miles but this was not true. I purchased the car around 6:30 pm and was promised a full tank of gas and the gas tank was on empty. I noticed that I needed new brakes due to my car sqeaking and I took it back a week later to get brakes. Then I noticed another week later, that I was driving in the car with my two small children and the steering wheel locked on me. I could not drive the car at that point. I took the car back on April 15, 2013, due to the steering wheel not moving and me being unable to drive. I told me that what I needed done is not covered under my warranty therefore, I purchased another warranty that day and paid an additional $300.00 dollars. I already had a warranty for 90 days that including 50/50. Now he is refusing to give me my money back and he has been threatening me over the telephone. I returned the car and left it on the lot and have requested to get my money back and he refused to give me my money back. He told me on the telephone that he does this to alot of people.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back $3,0000 dollars which I paid for the car

This matter has been reconciled. On May 10, 2013, [redacted] received from Baltimore Finest Auto Sales her refund, in the amount of $2600.00. She had agreed to the refund date two weeks prior, April 26th, 2013. We did not receive any written letters concerning this matter, which is customary. We did not see a email pertaining to this matter before today.

Review: Owner is a poor businessman and the vehicles that he has for sale are in very poor condition, these cars have not been checked or serviced by a mechanic before being sold to consumers. I brought a 2004 Crysler Pacifica for 5882, which ran good for the first day, then after a number of issues and malfunctions begin to take place with the vehicle main issues were a piece of the transmission was broken and continued to knock on the axle and cause damage. This owner has been late on several accasions, not showed up for meeting and has been very rude at times to me and other customers! I have a couple of customers information with whom who have purchased and returned their vehicles. I wish I was able to go back to July first because I would have walked of the lot, but he is very persuasive and makes it seem like you are getting a great by but please dont be foolish and get your car and business facts!Desired Settlement: As stated above, I have the title to the vehicle. So he is more tgen welcome to take this junk car back and refund my money or let me keep the vehicle which is in my name that I own.

The customer [redacted] never complained about any issues with the car, once the car left the dealership lot. We have done everything to try to satisfy this customer. It appears as if once she received the title by accident, she changed her thinking in a different direction. The money has been returned and the vehicle has also been returned to the lot.

Review: I am a first time car buyer and I recently purchased a vehicle from Baltimore Finest on February 16th, 2013. After I paid my money in full and asked for the rest of the keys for the car. The reply was that there was only one key (which is the valet key). The dealer neglected to tell me that a remote for an alarm/entry activated vehicle was not included within my purchase of the vehicle. When I asked him about the remote to unlock the vehicle he stated that "he would get it done for me and I should return that following Monday" never mentioning to me that it was going to cost me more money. I was under the presumption that it was included in the deal. I then asked him if I needed to have that in writing he stated "no," I replied "I'm not going to have any problems when I come up here Monday, am I," he said "no." When I returned Monday he then said that he was going to put 50.00 towards the cost of the remote and I would have to pay the remaining balance in which he stated would have been 100.00, I then replied to him had he informed me prior to me paying for the vehicle in full that I would have to pay extra for the remote then I would not have purchased the vehicle knowing that I needed something convenient for myself and my two young children. Purchasing a vehicle without a keypad would not be suitable for my situation. As of today I have been inconvenienced through this matter because the alarm keeps going off and I have to get in the vehicle and put the key in the ignition to turn it off and there is only one key lock to open the vehicle's door in which is on the driver's side so I have to unlock the door on the driver's side and walk around to the passenger's side and place the children in the vehicle.Desired Settlement: I want the master key and remote for alarm/entry.

We, at Baltimore Finest Auto Sales LLC, have a policy of being fair minded. In this instance, the complaint is really not valid. We have a contract that states all that we cover, before the customer signs off. There is nothing stating that we replace keypads, just the original key is given, upon receipt of the car. But we are willing to try to find a solution to the problem.
