This was the worst tow experience I have ever had The driver was rude and tried to leave my car between the apron and the street He told me that "this was the best he could do"I told him that that was inacceptable I had to assist him with pushing my car all the way in my drive Then because the two of use were unable to get the vehicle in the driveway, I had to obtain assistance from my neighbors That did not work either Finally, my neighbor allowed him to enter onto his property with the rig and he was able to back the car in the driveway as well as scrap the under carriage of the vehicle I called the office to file a complaint and was told the owner would call me back He never did
