Baltz Chevrolet sold me this lemon. The hood has either been replaced or painted. They didnt even put all the clips back on for the hood insulation. They also spilled glue substance all in the engine area. The bumper is not attached right. The ac has been attempted repaired 4 times.

I warn you not to deal with David the sales manager because, the fraudster claims chevrolet sells cars with mis matched painted hoods, with glue all in the hood area. They claimed this was a program car, yet it was sold at 2 auctions before being dumped on us.

He claimed I called everyone under the sun, yet I gave them 4 chances to fix it, before I contacted the Revdex.com...

Now he will see how many people I call about his fraud.

I bought a 2015 chevy sonic ltz from chris the sales guy at baltz chevrolet dealership. Originally they had advertised on their website cars that were not even there. (Bait switch) but assured me he had the car I wanted on the way from an auction within a few hours. 2 days later, he called and said he had a brand new car that I wanted. Upon arrival, it was not the car we wanted. 2 days prior he claimed his truck was arriving with the car we actually wanted. Well then this 2 day late truck was suppose to be there within an hour, we could wait or drive 2 hours round trip again another day.

After waiting yet again 4 more hours, the cars arrived, but of course not the one we wanted. My wife saw the car that we did buy, the sales guy chris claimed there was nothing wrong with it and it was under warranty, and if any problems we would be provided a loaner car. After I paid them $13,600 cashiers check, we proceeded home. After arriving home, we found out the car had recalls, and of course they hadn't been repaired. I didn't feel like driving 2 hours round trip so I took it to my local chevy dealer brad g. They took 2 hours to do the 30 minute recall, and I pointed out there was a loose wire under my seat. They told me they put the cable back under the hood where it was suppose to be installed to begin with and had no idea why we were sold a car with a missing wire from under the hood. After this visit we began experiencing issues with the ac unit. It would blow cold then stop blowing cold. I took it to another dealer river country that was closer to me. They did a dye test and refilled the empty freon container... Said problem fixed. They informed me, it looked like the car had been in an accident due to glue all in the engine area, missing clips from the hood insulation. Within 1 hour, the same problem ac problem happened, and we could smell something from the vents.. I called up baltz to inform them of the missing wire, the ac issues, they told me to come in that afternoon for my maintenance checkup and they would look at the ac. Upon arriving, they said they couldn't look at ac, id have to drive 2 hours round trip again on monday. They insisted it wasnt glue under the hood, that the other dealer was a liar and they would replace the missing hood clips on monday. I drove again 2 hours on monday and gave them the work order that the other dealer did. They proceeded to do the same dye test and claim they vacuumed it out and there was no problem, but they would order a part and we could drive again 2 hours round trip. They said it would take 5 days to get the part. I had to cancel my trip I had planned for the weekend. They called wednesday to tell me the part was in and we could get it installed on friday. I drove another 2 hours round trip, waited another 3 hours for part to be installed. They claimed problem was fixed and they put some of missing clips in, but not all of them, they ran out of them. Half way home, ac did the same exact thing. They claimed I was making it up. I drove back to the river country dealer that said it had been in an accident, asked him if he would give me a paper with his conclusions, and he said he wouldn't. But he checked the ac quick and said the compressor wasn't working, and if they had replaced it, that the car would have electrical issues and he has no idea how long to fix that. I called baltz again, since the service manager had still not returned my call after 4 hours. I reached out to the sales guy chris. He insisted the car hadn't been in a wreck and if it had they were by law to tell me so and he would make sure the car was fixed properly. He told me to bring the car back on monday. I finally got ahold of the service manager, who proceeded to call me a liar and said there was nothing wrong with my ac, and he didnt have to deal with me. I said you had 3 chances and that it is now a lemon law problem. He insisted I drive again 2 hours round trip on monday.
I went to an auto body shop this morning to find out if they could confirm or deny my car had been in a wreck. He confirmed the hood, is not painted the same color of the car, the hood is either not the original or they did not put it back on properly after they painted it the wrong color. He also stated the bumper is not attached right and the ac lines do not have the proper blue caps on it. In fact they have no caps at all on the lines.and he has no idea why there is glue all over the place and that the bumper guard has cracks from where they reattached it to tightly.
