Papa John's #3517 Reviews (%countItem)

On 12/0/2019 ordered 2 pizzas and one was wrong. I spoke with manager & told to return later date for a replacement. I returned could not receive item
I placed an order for 2 pizzas a Pepperoni w/Parmesan Garlic Crust and Spinach Alfredo add chicken. The pizza with added chicken was not correct. Pizzas changed no longer have spinach alfredo now they have Fresh Spinach and Tomato Alfredo. Not what I asked for. At no point did I say tomato. At no point did they tell me it comes with tomato. Get home I see tomato and call store and spoke with Manager Kenny. Kenny apologized for his crew not advising of the new pizza. I told him I picked pizza up on my way from work and I was not coming back tonight. I also advised him I will keep the pizza and bring it back. He said that was not necessary. He said he put my name and phone number in the computer and I could return and get a replacement.
Mind you the Pepperoni w/Parmesan Garlic Crust cost $17
the Fresh Spinach, Tomato Alfredo cost $18 w/chicken $19

On 12/17/2019 on my drive home called store and advised that I wanted to pickup my replacement pizza. I advised that I wanted a Pepperoni Garlic Parmesan. I was told I could not get the garlic parmesan for free. I advised I already paid for it and the manager to me to come and get a replacement. I asked to speak with the manager and she tells me she's going to tell you the same thing. (that's customer service).
The Manager Kimberly says the same thing and tells me she can't give it to me for free. It's a promotional item. I can not get the Parmesan Garlic because the General Manager Andy M says it cost $2. I advised I paid when they messed up my order. I also informed her that I would speak with her when I get there. I arrived at said location at 1856 hours. Kimberly advised me that I had not placed an order in months and could not find my order. I gave her my boyfriends number she could not find the order. However, there was a note in the system left by Manager Kenny that I'm to get a specialty replacement. If I didn't care for one and now trying to another of what I paid for she keeps telling me, "I can give you a pizza just give you parmesan garlic on crust. There is no way for me to ring it up for free." FREE
I explain to her what I ordered and what I wanted replaced. She continued to tell me no. I said to her how does that make sense. Papa Johns took my money on the 12/7 messed up my order and now I can't get what I paid for because GM Andy says no we are not giving it away for free. Manager Kimberly kept saying there is no way for me to ring it. My response for customer satisfaction you wouldn't just put the cheese on the crust and advise your supervisor. "No I can't do that and not ring it up." She goes on to tell me that she was there on 12/7 when I was in the store talking to Manager Kenny.
Manager Kimberly continued to tell me she could not replace what I paid for. Then she offered to give me a refund.I don't understand it makes more sense to a manager to give a customer $18 plus tax back instead of put $2 worth of cheese on a crust.
Let's back track the pizza that was wrong cost $19 +tax and the one I wanted to get as replacement was one of the pizzas I ordered previously that cost $17+tax. I informed her that I was going to contact corporate, the GM and Revdex.com because of the practice. It's a promotional item so we can't give it to you, even though you paid for it already. if Manager Kimberly hadany customer service insite why didn't she just refund me the money and ring it up again. I could have gotten my pizza and some money back.
Customer Service is non-existent
As I told Manager Kimberly this practice makes no sense. You can pay for it if we mess it off we can replacement it minus the $2 cheese, Per General Manager Andy M.
I'm trying to replace a $19 pizza for a $17 pizza and you tell me "NO!"
I have never heard of such a thing.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT

Desired Outcome

Some kind of explanation as to why they think this is a good practice. I've worked as a first responder, (Law enforcement field since 2003) and the restaurant business, a McDonald's, we would have $100,000 days and $10,000 hours (Orlando International and Sandlake) I was a supervisor. This is not customer service.
