Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI rejected this offer because the company is still not taking responsibility for the actions that took place The property management knew upon my filling out the application that I was married ND did not have my own income I was then told to send over my husbands proof of income via email and also send email of proof of power of attorney I am unsure of how someone could run an application on someone without all the information needed to run the application Why run an application on me if I do not even have an income All of this was stated very clearly while I was filling out my information I was under the impression that my application would be ran once they had all the final documents needed from my husband who is currently active duty military stationed in Italy So due to the time change I was not able to get the information I needed to email until the following morning And by then I was informed I no longer needed to cosign because the property management had decided to take a chance on my brother and let him sign the lease on his own None of that has anything to do with me and my application I was basically lied to and told I needed to cosign when really I didn't The company just chose when it was best for them to let my brother sign the lease on his own and it just so happened to be free they got my dollars but claims they ran an application on me that wasn't even finished [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted]

I would not recommend this business to anyoneThey do not keep up their propertiesI should have known not to rent from them because they did not upkeep their own officeOur apartment was roach infested, smelled like smoke all day every day, had to be checked for mold and countless other things they said they were not aware ofAnd on top of that, they were not understanding about us wanting out of our lease after just days especially, with us having very young children to considerThey only cared about a "month lease" (money)Overall, they are just not professionalIf you want professional business and common courtesy, with out slick comments, go to some where or someone else

The original applicant did not qualify and was denied He then asked if he could have a cosigner and we requested the cosigner information, via application He expressed an urgent need to move into the property immediately We started processing the cosigner application and
discovered that she had no income She was going to give us her husbands income information but he was/is out of the country and could not verify or approve use of his information She stated that she had Power of Attorney for her husband but was unable to provide documentation for this We did not run the husbands' information and did not charge an application fee for him In the meantime the brother and sister had called numerous times wanting to get him into the apartment The decision was made to give the original applicant a chance on his own information to try to help him out They then wanted her application fee back The application clearly states that the fee is non-refundable, we did, in an effort to help expedite matters enter her information upon receipt As we are charged for this process, her money was not refunded The original applicant is now on a lease and is in the apartment.Respectfully,
