Here is what happened Customer’s order left our warehouse in New Jersey on February There were delays on transit due to the inclement weather conditions The freight arrived into a [redacted] terminal in Columbus, Ohio on February The in-home delivery company was informed by [redacted] the freight was ready for pick up on February [redacted] (in-home delivery service) contacted the customer on February to let her know the freight was ready and a delivery appointment needed to be scheduled The customer contacted [redacted] on February and scheduled an appointment for Monday February [redacted] contacted the customer on February to let her know that the truck that was doing her delivery had broken down and her delivery needed to be rescheduled The customer was rescheduled for the next day Tuesday February in the late evening as she could not miss her work day and [redacted] could not commit to doing it in the morning before as she had requested The customer received her delivery on Tuesday February

I signed up for monthly pest service in June When I called to report that I once again had flying termites in my homeI was told that they did NOT handle termitesI said that is why I got service from *** in the first placeThey told me that *** no longer worked for the company.I cancelled my serviceI was told that I would have to complete my one year contract
In July 2016, I received a bill for June serviceI called and said that I had cancelled the service
In August 2016, I received a bill.I called and they said they would adjust my bill
Today, on September 6, 2016, I received a bill for $and a note saying that I would be turned in to a collection agency for non-payment
This is harassment! I do not owe them $
