Mr***,I'm confused by the fact that you've already spoke with our Sales Manger about this issue and the two of you have already come to a mutual agreement The Explorer you bought had 89,miles on it when you purchased it and had long since been out of warranty At the time of purchase the vehicle had a dealership honored warranty that covered internally lubricated parts of the powertrain only, excluding four wheel drive components Although none of the issues in your complaint were covered components, the Sales Manger made a "good will" adjustment to assist with the repairs which you graciously accepted I'm sorry that you're still upset but no other "good will" adjustments will be made

Hello againFirst off it was days after I bought the truck(and couldn't take it no more) that I contacted the dealer about my issues I had, Not weeks as MrD*** stated (if you're going to talk actual time) Yes I test drove the used ford Fprior to buying it and at that point I did voice my concern to my salesman MrL*** who in turn said he was going to send it through the shop to check out the front end(because the drivers side front tire was visibly very worn) and to go over the truck prior to selling it, which he didI stated if the tire had to be replaced I would pay for the other I am quite sure the dealership has records of the service they did that day to check the tire tread reading :) THIS IS WHERE MY SALESMAN SHOULD HAVE TO MAKE A STATEMENT TO BACK UP MY STATEMENTS !!! Yes I was unhappy about the drivers tire and as to what caused it to wear like thatI couldn't believe they passed it through inspection like that BUT yes it was at State minimum , about inches on outer edge was bald while the passenger side had triple the tread ? What would cause that, other than something WRONG,like pulling to the left when you let go of the wheelTHE ONLY REASON MrD*** OFFERED ME ANY DISCOUNT ON THE TIRES IS BECAUSE I THREATENED TO CALL THE FORD CORPORATION AND THE Revdex.com because of the issues I had!! Yes I also declined his offer on the extended warranty Only because my PITTSBURGH FIREFIGHTERS Credit Union offers it at a Much lower rate for Public Safety workers ONCE AGAIN THIS IS WHERE MY SALESMAN Mr.L*** SHOULD HAVE TO MAKE A STATEMENT(to back up my statements are True) BECAUSE Mr.D*** THE SALES MANAGER MYSELF AND Mr.L*** WAS IN MY SALESMAN OFFICE ! YES Mr.D*** spoke to me personally (ONCE) ,and that was in my salesman office The air conditioner not working (who would even turn it on or test it when it is snowing out,and the back up assist Well I guess I should have checked every nut and bolt on it before I bought a $45,truck) Because well I guess running it through the shop Actually means run it through ! As for me never stating Bad service or Business , well it wasn't till I got to the Sales Manager Mr.D***AND FOR Mr.D*** THE SALES MANAGER TO GO AS LOW AS CALLING ME A LAIR AND TRYING TO GET NEW TIRES ON MY DAY USED $TRUCK IS CRAZYWell actually it was only tire and I was going to pay for the other as stated ! The air conditioner makes me laugh because at temperature below degrees I did check the heat while test driveIF I OWNED THE PHIL FITTS FORD DEALERSHIP I'D FIRE Mr.D*** FOR BEING VERY UNBUSINESSLIKE-AND A SHYSTERHE HIMSELF IS A LAIR , WHICH HE IS DOING ONLY TO COVER HIS OWN BUTT TO MAKE HIMSELF LOOK GOOD WHILE PAINTING ME OUT TO BE THE BAD GUY !!!!!! I would love to get a statement from my salesman only for the fact of my TRUTHNo I am Not trying to work the dealership for anything, I HAVE MONEY OR I WOULDN'T OF BOUGHT A $45,TRUCK *-* As a Firefighter in Pittsburgh and being 58yrs old I find it funny that the service of businesses are terrible these daysBelieve me ,there wont be none of the firefighters or anyone else I know buying a car or truck from PHIL FITTS any time soonAnother Fact,my salesman Mr.L*** just lost another saleWalk over to him and ask him if I stated this,"MY DAUGHTER IS GRADUATING COLLEGE THE LAST WEEK IN APRIL AND I WAS GOING TO COME TO HIM FOR A NEW TRUCK FOR HER" How funny is that Thank YouBill ***

Hello i'm writing in reference to Mr*** *** that purchased a USED ford pickup truck on 3/10/Mr*** test drove the USED truck that he bought prior to purchase & didn't voice any concerns at the time .My salesperson Michael L*** came into my office weeks after purchase
& stated that Mr *** was unhappy with the tires on the USED truck he bought As I explained to Mr*** the tires passed PA STATE INSPECTION & THE VECHICLE HE BOUGHT WAS A mile USED truck with USED tires that are not covered under warranty I was trying to be courteous & help Mr*** with his purchase of new tires if he wished to do so by giving him a $discount on the tires Mr .*** was offered an extended warranty which he DECLINED As explained to Mr*** at time of purchase this truck was out of factory warranty it has a POWERTRAIN WARRANTY ONLY on the motor , transmission & drivetrain EVERYTHING else on the truck is out of warranty nothings covered I also talked to Mr*** personally & he never at any point stated that he received bad service or bad business & never mentioned that he was contacting the Revdex.com or ford motor company or the state attorney generals office that he referenced to you in his letter !  This is not a professional response. I was told by several other Ford authorized dealers, and Ford Motor Company that the repairs listed should have been free of charge. In addition, I was overcharged for the Air Conditioning repair. I was never offered to not pay for the oil and AC refrigerant. I never authorized that work. I have requested a full dispute through my bank account because it was unauthorized work. The AC tube assembly was the only part supposed to be installed, you price guaged me for additional work not authorized. Also, the mirror's heating function does not work either. I was told I was being sold a heated mirror, and it does not work for the heating function. I am seeking full reimbursment. I have already left 1-star ratings on all websites as well.
