to the customer before starting the work on her mower. We diagnosed the machine, cleaned the carburetor and it still would not start and run. I ordered the carburetor. The customer called and asked about the mower, and I explained that we were waiting on the carburetor to come in. I explained that it takes at least a week to two weeks to get parts in from the distributors. Then, the customer came in and wanted to take her mower back. As she was walking out the door, the customer explained that she was putting a stop on the credit card for the bench fee of $25.00.
