I am rejecting this response because: The request for my down payment back is valid because Ban Auto Sales illegally repossessed my vehicleThe reason ** stated was because of no insurance not the repairsI did not have a problem with getting the vehicle fixed nor did I request them to fix itI had full coverage on my previous vehicle that covered the *** *** for daysI submitted for insurance with a company for the *** and was waiting for the quote approval which I still have the insurance on it today.

I am rejecting this response because: The truth is not being told. My paperwork does state I have to purchase full coverage insurance for the 2004 [redacted], but there were no phone calls and/or xoicemails made to me that were unanswered. I was calling ** and he wasn't answering also sent text messages and he wouldn't respond. I still have all those as well. I talked to ** the following Monday afternoon (from the Friday I signed paperwork) and talked to him about the insurance and the ball joint repair the vehicle needed. I told ** my insurance would be purchased by the end of the week and he stated that would be fine, and he also stated he can have my car towed to Ban Auto Sales on Thursday so his mechanic can look at it and fix the ball joint for me. Instead of doing what he stated they pick up my vehicle and acted like it was stolen until I replied with let me call the police and report it stolen. I answered my phone everytime Ban Auto Sales or ** (which is his family business of cash cars) called. I would have to call back to back in order for him to answer my calls and he never responds to my text messages. I want my $800 down payment back ASAP or I will file in Small Claims court and add my court cost along with loss wages and attorney fees. Also, my paperwork DOES NOT state I have a certain amount of time to get insurance. My 2004 [redacted] was illegally repossessed by Ban Auto Sales 5 days after purchase.
