The first correspondence about canceling this order was made to a separate email address not attached to order processing on 1/14/in which we responded with yes we can cancel this order if you want or issue store credit since customer was a repeat customerWe did not receive a reply until
1/18/with haven't received correspondence leading us to believe the email maybe was missedWe then proceeded to cancel the order and begin to process the refund on 1/23/refunds can take up to business days per our merchant services companyWe sincerely apologize that there was a mis understanding with this purchase of a regular customer and former sponsored athlete of Bana AthleticsIn future we always as per the website to utilize our contact us page for refunds and checking order statuses Again we sincerely apologize for the issue and mis understanding. I am rejecting this response because: This is crazyYou didnt even respond to the still missing pair!!! I would at least like a refund for the pair I dont haveI DONT TRUST YOUR BUSINESS or the poeple who work there to handle a returnLook how long its been for this and I had to contact the Revdex.com to get you to replyPlease refund my money! Since you refuse to do what is right and refund the full amount refund for the pair I dont have and the shipping I never recieved!!!!

I am rejecting this response because: I made the contact on the customer contact for refunds at their website on Feb 1, I never received the product, so the 4-week time frame for refund is not exceptedIt should be no more than 3-days period for the refund to hit my bankAlso, they haven’t even responded to the contact for refund email I sent on Feb 1, 2018, nor have they sent me an email for follow to their answer submitted here at Revdex.comI don’t have trust or faith Bana Athletics will do what they say.
