Great company, Would definitely shop here again. Went above and beyond my expectations.

Ordered a product (EnoElite by Divided Labs) on January 14th 2016 it is now February 23rd and I have yet to receive the product.
I called Bana Nutrition multiple times asking where the product was and they kept saying "It should be there in a couple days". When I still didn't receive the product I called back asking for the shipping information so that I can contact [redacted] or [redacted] and find out where the package was. The employee, who worked in the shipping warehouse mind you, responded with "Oh, only our owner has that information and it was all taken care of verbally." I responded with informing them that [redacted] and [redacted] don't do business verbally. There is always a tracking number or confirmation number. I finally got them to cancel my order and they said they would refund my money. Today is the 23rd and they told me that 16 days ago. They also said I would have it in my account "within 2-3 days".
I filed a complaint with my bank and got my money back. Did some research on this company and this is not the first time they've done this. They have done this to multiple customers. STAY AWAY FROM BANA NUTRITION!!! They are liars and frauds and I honestly don't understand how they are allowed to have a busines when they just steal people's money and never give them the product they order

Bana Nutrition now known as BanaSports is owned and operated by Eric [redacted], he is unprofessional and faulty and truly unfaithful in his business practices.
I was a consumer of BanaSports and placed an order for $146 of nutrition supplements. Previous years I had been skeptical of making online purchases and thought I would give it another shot. The order was placed on
March 2, 2016 the delivery date was stated to be March 12,2016 at the latest. After two weeks I contacted Eric [redacted] who prefers to be called Brian. He said he was going through changes in staff so he apologized for the delay. In order to satisfy my inconvenience he said he would double the order and it would be arriving in 3-5 business days. A week and a half later, still no package from [redacted]. I called [redacted] with the tracking number in hand and I was told the only information that was available is that a shipping label had been created. .
I was livid, being told my military service was most appreciated, being told that items would be arriving yet they do not. An to add to that, I requested a refund over and over after 4 months of being fed lies disputed with my bank and I was still not able to get my refund. Eric [redacted] (Brian) operates as a fitness supplement store, targeting those yearning to break into the fitness industry and competitive athletes. Once they are on board, he utilizes individuals for free marketing to promote the company with products from companies whom have had much difficulty dealing with BanaSports and once orders are placed by consumers he pockets these funds with no intention of delivering the products advertised nor the promises made in any form of contractual agreement. Eric [redacted] has taken advantage of myself and others alike.
I've texted him on many recent occasions and he reads them and does not respond, other individuals have made stops by the store in Geneva,IL to speak to him yet he doesnt show and the store facility is advertising for BanaSports yet no merchandise is in sight and there is no organization at all.
Do not do business with BanaSports, B3 Sports, or Bana Nutrition. This is a scam and you will not receive anything you order or any wages owed.
