We have since processed her cancellation request and forwarded it to the Service Contract Company for them to issue a refund to her lienholder. [redacted] , our Finance Director has committed to monitoring this application personally and keep Ms. [redacted] informed of the progress toward a check being issued by the Service Contract Company. Ms. [redacted] is aware of everything that is happening with this process and is satisfied with our current efforts.
