Banana Hobby

I'm a new customer with Banana Hobby, and I can tell you that my experience has been great with them so farI ordered a rc plane from them, it got here promptly within a week in perfect conditionWhen I flew the plane I had some issues with it, I over looked some aspects of the plane during my inspection of it I sent Banana Hobby a text via SMS messaging from my cell phoneA few hours later I have a response, they ask for pictures of the plane and a description of what happenedWithin hours I have a complete new kit and required parts to complete my assembly in the mail on the way to my houseMost other hobby retailers will tell you it's the nature of the hobby etc etc and leave you with the cost of repairs I'm aware that Banana Hobby has had some issues in the past but from what I've experienced so far they have been stellarWould highly recommend

I sent Banana Hobby a text via SMS messaging from my cell phone. A few hours later I have a response, they ask for pictures of the plane and a description of what happened. Within 24 hours I have a complete new kit and required parts to complete my assembly in the mail on the way to my house. Most other hobby retailers will tell you it's the nature of the hobby etc etc and leave you with the cost of repairs.

I'm aware that Banana Hobby has had some issues in the past but from what I've experienced so far they have been stellar. Would highly recommend.
