Good morning,To whom it may Concern,This is our response in regards to Rescheduling A flight complain from customer [redacted] First I am sorry about the Cancellation on Dyanmic airways and all the inconvenienced it may have caused to our passenger.We are a travel agent, we offer flights on all AirlinesCustomer bought a ticket to travel on Dynamic airwaysCustomer later did a date change on ticket to travel earlier for $175.00However Dyanmic had a cancellation on the flight and passenger was unable to travel as scheduleCustomer request full refund on ticket and change fee.We as agent request the same from carrier and got authorization to refund the ticket cost only.This is the Exact reply we got from the carrier:"I'm sorry but $is none refundableThat was a volunteer change and we didn't know back in July that this would happenSorry but the refund of the $is none refundable."Passenger was advised the same and we as travel agent refunded our fee which was $25.00I am sorry about the cancellation behalf of Dynamic if you have any further info or questions please feel free to contact me.Thank you.Yours truly,Sunita S [redacted]
