Review: BANC DE BINARY WITHOUT PERMISSION TOOK FUNDS OUT OF NUMEROUS ACCOUNTS WITHOUT MY CONSENT, REFUNDED ME ALL MONEY OWED BUT ONE. Review: Hi, I recently deposited $17500 into my account [redacted] by a managers name [redacted]. He offer me a package and told me this is a once in a lifetime package that is 100% insure and I can withdraw at any time. Before I made the trade I changed my mind and decided to withdraw my money, he refused to withdraw it and said he already bought the package and we must use it. (which is untrue and I did not exist. They said it is a package with [redacted] with [redacted], which is false information and misused of their names)He said its 100% insure can not loose money no matter what and we can withdraw after used up the trades. So after I did the trade he suggested the trade went out of money then he refused to refunded back to me without signing a bonus that requires me to trade 20 times the volume. Which I am not going to sign. I demand my money back, this is 100% a scam. I have contacted their customer service and they said it was a mistake and put the money back into my account but I request withdraw and they ignored my request and have not heard from them again and I still can not withdraw my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my account back to my credit card dude to non compliance of their terms and conditions and manipulation!

Review: I opened an account with Banc de binary using my father's credit card because I didn't have one. I let them know about it and they assured me it was no problem. When I tried to make a withdrawal they asked me to provide documents to verify my identity. After I sent my documents, they said they also needed a "power of attorney" because I used my father's credit card. I sent in the "power of attorney" and then they asked for information on my father. I sent in everything they asked for (credit card, drivers license and utility bill). They confirmed it was received but it will take 1-2 business days. After weeks, I still couldn't make a withdrawal so I contacted them. Even though they already confirmed they received it, they denied it. I sent it again and waited another few weeks. They said they received it but said they can't open it. I sent everything again (all the documents since day 1), this time I made sure the format was correct and image sizing was correct. Once again they said 1-2 business days. After a week I started contacting them again and every day they say someone will be in touch but nothing is done. I followed everything outlined in their policy, I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: I want banc de binary to return the money I am entitled to from my account. I never signed for any bonuses, followed all of their policies and provided all legal documents. I want to make a withdrawal.

Review: In February of 2013, I invested $5,000 with Bank DeBinary on the promise that I would receive a matching bonus PLUS an HD Plasma TV (along with other premiums) once the money was deposited into my account. I did not know at the time that Bank DeBinary was being sued and had already agreed to no longer offer services to (take money from) US citizens. The gifts that I was promised for funding my account were never delivered. I was also 'assured' that I would have access to my original deposit and that ONLY the bonus could not be withdrawn until I invested a minimum amount. After three months, I had made investments in binary options totalling $27,250 leaving my account with a balance of $1,470 (not counting the bonus paid). On June *, 2013, I was no longer able to log into my account and after many phone calls, was informed that my account was closed that my account had a balance of $0. Again, after multiple phone calls and working with [redacted], I was told that because of the terms and conditions I signed, that the money owed me could not be recovered. I have repeatedly sent requests to Bank DeBinary with evidence (details of every investment) of the balance owed and requesting a statement, but they refuse to respond.Desired Settlement: I believe Bank DeBinary dishonestly accepted investments from US investors and used promises of gifts and bonuses to entice them in order to close the accounts and keep any balance. They had no intention of delivering on their promises and closed accounts without notification or statements of any kind. Because my account was closed through no fault of mine, I have lived up to the conditions that were signed and I am due a refund of the $5,000 initial investment that was obtained deceitfully.

Review: I am a VIP account customer in banc d binary with Account No: [redacted]. Initially when I opened an account with them I took some bonus and for that they put a trade turn over limit on my account by means of which I won't be able to make a withdrawal until I clear that limit. Then one of my account Manager (Sr. Account Manager in company) named [redacted] called me and asked me to make a deposit of 4k USD and he will reduce my turn over limit to 214k USD. After I made a deposit he confirmed me on Skype that he has reduced the limit as said. Then after a month later my account got transferred to another Broker [redacted] and now he is my account Manager. [redacted] also asked me make a deposit of 5k and he promised to reduce my turn over limit to 180k, USD. I made the deposit and [redacted] confirmed that he reduced my trade turn over limit to 180k, and he also confirmed that his Manager Approved this and that now my account is cash account since I have already covered this trade turn over limit of 180k USD, so I am able to withdraw my money anytime I want to. My trade turn over limit was 180k USD My total trade turn over before getting transferred to VIP account was = 192k USD, So [redacted] confirmed me that my account is cash account Then, when I raised a withdrawal request, next day another Head Broker called me, he is [redacted]. He gave me an offer to transfer me to VIP account, and he also confirmed that My account will remain cash account even in VIP account (Since it is already a cash account) also asked me to make a deposit of 10k. He told me that in VIP account, whenever I need to make a withdrawal, If I raise a withdrawal request, it will be processed in 48hrs and money will be refunded to my account. After moving to VIP account, I took some more trade for about 38k, making my total trade turn over = 192k + 38k = 230K USD Then, I raised a withdrawal request on my VIP account for $17651 (this is my account balance in Banc de Binary at present) with transaction id: [redacted]. This request is pending for past 36 days now and still not processed. I contacted [redacted], [redacted] and they said that it is processed from there side after following up with them for almost a week. After a week later when I still saw my request in pending state and no progress being made on it for 2 weeks, I again asked [redacted] and [redacted] about the status of my withdrawal, and this time they replied that they don't know, they can't do anything and later they even stopped replying to my queries, and mails. Then I tried getting some help from customer care people, and they always replied saying since this a VIP account they do not have access to it and so they cannot provide any information, however they will ask my account manager to contact me. But unfortunately that never happened. I never received a call from my Account Manager after I raised this withdrawal request even after complaining several time to customer care department. Two weeks passed like that. Now even after 36 days, I received no call from my Account Manager on this. Then, I asked Customer Care people to connect me to accounting team, they asked me to drop them mails and I did that too, After 4 days I got a reply from complaints department that Accounting team is looking into this. I stayed awake whole night trying to reach accounting team, contacting customer support several time, asking them to connect me to accounting and waiting for accounting team to call me. Finally, I received a call from accounting and they said that they will process my withdrawal immediately. I waited for 3 days, still no progress. Then when I called again to ask for an update, I got notified that now legal department is looking into my withdrawal. Now, whenever I call company's customer care they say that they cannot connect me to accounting team or do not have access to my account to give me any details, and asked me to mail to departments like Complaints department, Accounting department, Legal Department, my Account Manager etc. I did everything. I sent over 30 mails to every department till now and continuous following up on my refund status, but still after 36 days no body is giving me any definite answer and only say that they are investigating on my withdrawal request. Almost every department in Banc De Binary, has investigated my withdrawal for couple of weeks and then they transfer it to some other department to play same game, and when I ask what is going on with my request, I alway get a reply saying we are working on it. That too after sending 6 7 mails I get one reply which is not definite. Banc De Binary withdrawal policy say that, withdrawals will be processed in 48 hrs and credited to accounts in 2 to 3 working days. My request is now pending for last 36 days and still not processed. Due to all this tension and frustration I also got hypertension conditions and feeling like being harassed mentally.Desired Settlement: Refund my amount $17651 back to my credit card.

Review: Dear Sir/Madam, We write you to complain Banc De Binary(short in BDB) which cheats our money and continuously ignore to reply customers’ request and refund back the customers’ money. I joined my friend’s account, account name: [redacted]; account e-mail: [redacted], in Banc De Binary. We played BDB’s binary web site system for a period and found that we don’t really like and enjoy BDB’s system. BDB gave us the deposit bonus for US$5080- after we deposit the same amount( sound like a bait-and-switch advertisement), so total was US$10160. But the current balance is US$5629.5, and minus BDB’s bouns US$5080(we want to return back to BDB.), we shall be able to withdraw US$549.5 which totally belong to our asset. Further more, we know that if we want to withdraw BDB’s bouns US$5080-, then we shall win 20 times of it. But at this stage, we don't intend to take away BDB’s bouns US$5080- and just want to withdraw back our originally deposited money, the rest of US$549.50-. So, It's really unreasonable and illegal that BDB stops our withdrawal and continuously ignored our request!! The signed-up bonus terms don’t show us that we can’t return the bonus back to BDB for taking back our deposit. If bonus terms do, then it will not be an authentic and valid bonus terms as it’s a really cheated and unfair bonus terms to customers, indeed!! We’ve talked to them(BDB’s Live Support; [redacted].) since Feb. 2013 and sent our above request to BDB’s CEO, [redacted] on 3/**/2013 by e-mail. But BDB has continuously ignored our reasonable request. That makes us really wonder if Banc De Binary is a ROBBER company wants to rob customers' money and not intend to return the customers' money which isn't belonged to BDB?? Thus, please kindly help to take back our money and do something to stop this kind of fraud to cheat people again and again in the internet binary option business.
