BancorpSouth appreciates Ms*** *** assisting her active military spouse with his BancorpSouth accounts. When possible, BancorpSouth asks that Mr*** use the attached form to provide authorization for BancorpSouth to provide information to Ms***. Currently, BancorpSouth does
not have any such authorization on file and cannot discuss his accounts with a second party. Mr*** can return the authorization by mailing it to *** *** ***, Tupelo, MS, 38803, or by faxing the form to phone number 662-*** In regards to Ms***'s complaint, a new escrow analysis was completed earlier this month and on April 22, 2016, a copy of the analysis was mailed to the borrower
