I am rejecting this response because: 1/31/17 was not the first time I was contacted by [redacted]. I asked for all the recorded phone conversations and they were never given to me. They claim to only have 4 recorded conversations when I know for a fact that is not true. Also, there is no excuse for employees of your company to not return phone calls for months. Your employee [redacted] being the prime suspect for all this. He is the one I talked to in the beginning so I would like ALL the phone conversations I had with him. I have proof on my [redacted] bills that [redacted] contacted me long before 1/31/17.

[redacted], This email is in response to the Revdex.com Complaint received for [redacted]. Our company [redacted] contacted this customer twice on 01/31/2017 hoping to obtain a sale of [redacted] service. This...
customer never proceeded with the purchase of a product or service through [redacted]. [redacted] has confirmed the within [redacted] Order Processing that the standard process to place an order for [redacted] services as a result no order was ever placed from [redacted]. We are a Master Solution Provider for [redacted] and there many other service providers and agent representing [redacted] in the market. [redacted] requires a customer to complete a verbal recorded confirmation and [redacted] requires an additional verbal Letter Of Authorization completed by an independent verification company called [redacted] in order for [redacted] to submit an order for the customer to [redacted]. Neither of these verifications took place from our center. In addition, several of our staff members have spoken with the customer on several occasions and explained we did not place an [redacted] order The Haus. We were able to track down the company that did place said order and provided [redacted] with that information several times. As to [redacted]’s claims that our company tried to extort money from him is completely outlandish as we do not take any sort of payments from our customers we sign up for [redacted] service, [redacted] bills the customer directly. Below is a screen shot of the actual order, it shows the person/company that placed the order (User Information) and who the order was placed for (Customer Information) and what was ordered. Below are notes from the order detailing it’s completion. Please let me know if there is anything you need from us to resolve this matter.
