Company does not reply to my repeated attempts to exchange product.There was no problem receiving my online order from this company, but the size was not what I ordered so I wished to exchange it for the correct size (received 3/24/15). I have sent three messages to them on their web site and no one has replied either by email or phone. They only allow 30 days for returns but half of that time has already passed. Desired SettlementI would like an exchange for the incorrect size that I received and I should not have to pay for the return or the new item being shipped.Business Response We have not received any phone or email messages from the customer about this situation. We make exchanges for customers almost every day, after they have contacted us and informed us of their situation, and we are certainly willing to do the same thing in this case. We have reached out to the customer via the email address that was given with their order in an attempt to get the matter resolved in a satisfactory and timely manner.
