On 5/23/18 my wife and mother in law had a meal at this restaurant. The total came to $24.17 paid by credit card and a $5 tip was left on the table. Three days later on 5/26/18 I received the billing statement and it showed a total of $27.67. The waitress, ***, added $3.50 to the bill! I contacted I called the business on Friday 5/25 and again on 5/29 regarding the additional charge. I spoke with the manager on the 25th and I spoke with the CEO on 5/29. Both told me the issue would be reviewed and that they would refund me, but *** had been with them for 18 years. I have not received any contact from them since.
I have attached the original letter, the customer's complaint as well as the original receipt from 5/29/2018 showing we refunded Mr. card. We got a call from him today saying his card wasn't refunded. We cut him a check and are sending him a $10 Bandana's Bar-B-Q Gift Card as well. A copy of the check that was sent is also attached.
