I am not satisfied with the response I received from ***I am upset for a couple of reasonsFirst, *** exaggerated in her response about how many voicemails I leftAlso, I did have to leave two or three voicemails because she failed to return my callsI only reached her by calling again and that is when she answered the phoneAlso, she was not honest in her response when she said I agreed to come in to have her take the dye stains off of my forehead and I failed to do soI did not agree to come inI told her about the stains and she said if I wanted to come in I couldI am extremely upset with how I have been treated by this businessI would like to add that when I called to make a hair appointment, I was told it would be at 3:30, which is why I showed up thenAlso, I was not made aware of the time and money that this hair appointment would involve, even though *** stated she told me during the consultationI would not like to come in and waste another six hours of my time to have my hair done againI do not like how it looks but I do not want to deal with this business or *** againI was extremely upset when I got home from this appointment because I felt like just because I was young, *** took advantage of me and didn't care that I had to spend my whole day there, and most of my moneyI have trouble showing my true emotions to people and do not like to hurt people's feelings, which is why I wasn't able to express to *** how upset I was during the appointmentI do not feel like it is my fault that I wasn't comfortable speaking up about how unhappy I was, and I don't think it is fair for *** to have treated me this wayLike I said before, I want a full refund, and do not want anything to do with this business and *** again.

I would like to apologize that [redacted] had a negative experience with us, as we strive for all clients to have a positive experience.[redacted] called the day of her appointment (September 10th) to request a quote and appointment (same day) for a partial foil, which was quoted at $95.[redacted]'s was scheduled...

for a brow and lip wax at 3:30pm, to be followed by a consultation (standard for all new color clients) and her service would begin after my last client of the day. After her wax was complete, we had a consultation for her 4:45 appointment for a partial foil. During our consultation, I asked about how long ago she had her last color service and [redacted] told me it was between 7 & 10 months ago.  Because [redacted] had been quoted $95 for a partial foil, it was only fair to charge her for that service, instead of a corrective color process, which is the service that [redacted] needed to get her desired look.  [redacted] was aware of the additional labor & time involved before we starting her appointment.At no point during our consultation, or while waiting for me to finish with my 4pm client, did [redacted] mention being crunched for time, as we could have rescheduled her for a day/time that was more convenient for her. [redacted] was finished with her color and processing time at 6:50. At that time [redacted] asked if I could blow dry and curl her hair. As these services were not requested at the time of the appointment, they were not included in [redacted]'s initial price quote. To be expected, any services added after an initial quote/appointment, would add additional time and charge to her visit. We received [redacted]'s 7 voicemails when we reopened on Tuesday. After speaking with [redacted] on Wednesday, she expressed concern about having color stains on her forehead. [redacted] agreed to come in so we could remove them, and then failed to show up. [redacted] didn't express being unhappy or disappointed with how her hair looked at any point during or after her appointment, or in any of her voicemails. If [redacted] had expressed her disappointment about her hair to me, I would have gladly had her come to have it corrected, which I am still more than happy to do.If [redacted] would like to schedule an appointment to have her hair color corrected to her liking, I would be more than willing to do so at no charge.Thank you,BANDEAUX BOUTIQUE SALON
