I am rejecting this response because:

[redacted] response is very misleading.
Dispute the following
1.Did not verify email or address over the phone as indicated. In fact he said he stepped away from his computer and was not available during the call.
2.Did not receive any mailers or email notifications. Suspect title boxing has old work email address and any messages would be undeliverable.
3.Don't know why relevant that bring up attendance record. The blue springs establishment did not mandate a check-in.
4. Also when I signed up it was not suppose to be a renewal type contract. When my wife resigned up she did not sign any documents. I asked [redacted] to provide a copy of signed contract and he has not.
5. Asked [redacted] to provide email used for notification and side stepped direct questions and provided company spin.
6. Account records are incomplete. My wife's $750 personal training payment is not shown. No records of personal training lessons not provided.
Also note the KSHB TV 41 action news reported a story that the membership and I quote, "A note on the door indicates those locations could not meet their financial obligations and offered an email address to members who want to transfer their membership.

Regardless of the contracts and email address notification. The gym we belonged to posted a note saying the contracts were canceled end of the year.
Desired resolution is to refund 2 more times refunds of $107.64 for the 2016 charges.
