Thank you for bringing this to our attention Flooring: There does appear to be a mistake on the invoice submitted by the flooring company who repaired the flooring in the town homeThe customer will only be charged to replace the carpet and any subfloor damage as a result of the pet damages and urine Lights: there were actually light bulbs that were replacedWe believe the amount charged back to the resident is a fair amount based on the cost to purchase and replace all of these various types of light bulbs Odor: We did have to rent a machine to help reduce the awful smell of pet urine in the town homeWhile we could not totally eliminate the odor, we were able to minimize it The property management team will be revising their security deposit deduction sheet and refunding any over charges Thank you again for bringing this to our attentionPlease let me know if you have any further questions [redacted] Owner

Lights: there were actually 23 light bulbs that were replaced. We believe the amount charged back to the resident is a fair amount based on the cost to purchase and replace all of these various types of light bulbs.
Odor: We did have to rent a machine to help reduce the awful smell of pet urine in the town home. While we could not totally eliminate the odor, we were able to minimize it.  
The property management team will be revising their security deposit deduction sheet and refunding any over charges.
