Thank you for the letter regarding an issue with order ***While we remained in contact with the customer, she brought this issue to your attention at the same time as we were in the process of shipping the missing apparel to her attentionAs of 11AM on December 24, the garment was delivered to *** *** via *** and we consider the matter closed.Please let us know if you have any further questions or are in need of additional information or documentation from our organization.Once again, we thank you for assisting the customer in this process, however, we were able to resolve on our ownSean K

Review: My Daughter joined the [redacted] corps, and on 3/17/13 she fractured her wrist at her job as a result of a fall. As a direct result of her injury she was unable to continue in this program for the remainder of the season. We paid a total of $1100 for her to join, and the [redacted] has only been willing to refund $275 of her tuition. Based on their program, a large portion of the tuition is to cover the expenses of a Summer Tour, which she wasn't able to participate in at all. I have spoken to [redacted] Hammond on several occasions in reference to getting a larger refund than $275. I started this process last summer, and each time he tells me that he has to speak to the CEO about the issue. I have offered to let them keep $300 of the tuition to cover a uniform, and have been willing to accept $800 back as a refund. To date [redacted] hasn't gotten back to me. I feel that it is an injustice for this organization to keep this large amount of our money given that my Daughter didn't participate an any of the functions that the tuition is intended to cover. I think that my offer to this organization is fair in every way. At this point, I feel that I have no choice but to look to another source to assist me with the issue. Per their request, I provided a Doctors note along with other supporting documentation in reference to my Daughter's injury. I also made a final trip to [redacted] 2 weeks ago, and spoke to [redacted] about the issue. I left my number for [redacted] to call, but still nothing.Desired Settlement: As posted in my initial complaint, I would like to receive a partial refund of the tuition in the amount of $800. We paid $1100, and I'm willing to let them keep the $300 membership fee to cover my daughters uniform cost.
