I received a call from the actual business owner ( Ashley ) and got the opportunity to explain the situation with herEvery thing was worked out and I am very appreciative of Ashley and Dean's help in resolving the matterI look forward to doing more business with them and their company Regards, [redacted]
Mr. [redacted] should have been refunded this transaction a few weeks or more ago. My last correspondence with him was a voicemail that his refund should be received within a few days and to contact if he didn't see the refund. This purchase was done online during a U-Haul truck location to be picked... up at out location which we are a U-Hauler dealer. Mr. [redacted] had Cancelled his truck reservation and had made another truck reservation a few weeks later and when he arrived He asked about an order that he placed and purchased on the U-Haul website. I checked the system and I did not have an order to be picked up in my system I had advised him that since he had cancelled his order for the fist truck reservation it was possible his order for pick up with us for the boxes may have been cancelled as well. I told him I would look into it. At that time I had sold him some boxes that he wanted and asked him to get me the info on his box purchase. He returned several days later with his order number and a copy of the bank statement that showed the withdrawal. I notified our area U-Haul Manager to investigate. After a few days went by I checked back with the U-Haul Area a manager and he had me go to the next level of management to have completed. After a few calls in to have this resolved that U-Hual Manager had informed me that she would have this resolved in a timely manner and he would be refunded. That is when I called and left the final message that if he didn't receive the refund to contact back. I have not heard back so I believed he had recieved the refund until this email was sent today. If he has. It been refunded and it Choppers will Gladly refund his money. He can come in at any time to receive the refund and we will have U-Haul reimburse us for the refund.
