Review: We cancelled our service with this company back in 2013 and requested they come and pick up their equipment. We tried numerous times to call them and cannot get through on the number. No one ever answers. On January 29, 2014 I sent a letter and they did not respond. I then continued to receive invoices for services they are not rendering. I sent another letter to them on November 17, 2014 as they said they are sending us to collection for non payment of services they are not providing. I have yet to get a response. I now have gotten another bill from them...the amount contunues to rise. I have tried to call them again at phone number provided on bill ###-###-#### and it says mailbox is full. I am at a loss as to what my next step is so I am hoping you can assist me in this matter. I have copies of letters and bills if you need them.Desired Settlement: This account needs to be closed and this company needs to stop billing me for services they are not rendering. I do not owe them any money. Also, I feel you need to investigate these people to see if they are a legitimate business. Thank you for your assistance

Review: business doesn't have working phone number and I cant reach them, I sent a letter dated 8/3/15 stating I am discontinuing business and to come pick up their equipment, I have had no response and then they bill me by statement.Desired Settlement: to pick up their equiopment and stop billing me
