The customer also filed a grievance with the State Bar of [redacted] that was summarily dismissed. The customer includes certain allegations about billing issues; however, the customer received 3 monthly billing statements over the course of the firm’s representation of the customer and client did not have any complaints, comments or concerns about the services provided until he was asked to replenish account, as provided for in the contract for representation that he signed with the firm.   If you require additional information please let me know.  Thank you!
