Review: Dealing with Bands On A Budget was the worst business experience I have ever had in my entire life. I was sent a faulty product, Hard to reach, Was told on multiple occasions I would receive a "Callback", Then on top of all that I was called a "Liar" by "[redacted]". I will never suggest this company to anyone in the future. The Product I received was not what I wanted and I was treated with no respect.Desired Settlement: I would like a very formal apology, A FULL refund, As well as the correct order I placed so I can make up for lost revenue.
