No T shirt and No refund
Ordered a T-shirt in December, all tracking seized to be updated mid-December, to which we contacted BandWear and they told us to give it 2 months as sometimes things get lost. We eventually got an email in January from Route, giving us the option to file a claim, only to find out we were outside of the 30-day window. We were keeping up with this constantly, and it was because of Bandwears' own advice that we were unable to get a refund, intentionally misleading us. Absolutley appalling. If your tracking shows the item hasn't arrived, you should be refunding customers. Your responsibilty.

Currently due a refund and haven't gotten it
I initially filed a claim with my bank because the merchant took longer than anticipated in shipping my item and the claim was eventually denied because they finally shipped it. Once I got the item, I wasn't satisfied with it so I returned it. After a few weeks the merchant finally replied to one of several emails acknowledging the return. As of 4/17, the merchant informed me that on 4/16, a refund was processed. I never got it. I've contacted my financial institution and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I'd have to deal with the merchant directly. The problem is the merchant has no phone number and only works via email and hardly responds. The merchant states that they processed my refund, but "something happened" where it didn't process because of a chargeback. Because of the denial of the claim, the chargeback fell off. Right now, I'm still waiting for my refund and the bank can't do anything and the merchant ever responds to customers so it's difficult to speak with them about getting this resolved

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund ASAP! I've had issues with this merchant for over two months now.

This customer initiated a dispute with their financial institution and a chargeback was initiated by our merchant services on March 10th. On March 16h the funds were pulled from our account and sent back to the customer's account.

We cannot issue a refund because the customer has already been refunded through the chargeback process. The funds should have hit the customers original account in the days following March 16th.

Chase, my financial institution, issued a temporary credit for the item which I hadn't received at that time while they attempted to contact the merchant to get an explanation as to why I didn't receive. In the middle of this investigation, they finally shipped the item and Chase reversed that credit because I would soon receive the item. The "chargeback" was cancelled/dropped as of April 10, 2020. I returned the item once I received it because I was dissatisfied with the color and overall quality of the shirt. Since the claim was closed and the item was returned at this point, I am due a full refund for the item. There was a chargeback because I never received the item at that time. My bank then issued me a temp credit while they investigate and reach out to Bandwear to see what the problem was. Once they shipped my item, the bank reversed the credit since I would soon get the item and the bank had to let the chargeback "fall off". As of 4/10/2020, the chargeback was dropped. The item has been returned and I've yet to get my refund. I didn't get a refund from the bank because Bandwear shipped the item finally. I am due a refund because it was returned.

We have issued a manual refund to this customer as a good faith gesture. Although we have no indication from our merchant processing provider that the chargeback was reversed and sent back to us.

The merchant issued a refund

Ordered by their cut off date and paid extra for expedited shipping to have a gift by Christmas and never received it. Tried to e-mail about it and got a message saying they take 48hrs to respond to issues. That is unacceptable practice for a business. I expect when I follow all their requirements that I will actually receive what I ordered and then to be told no one can even address the issue for me till after I was meant to receive it.

You placed your order on December 19th. Your order shipped the very next day on the 20th and was delivered by USPS via Priority Mail today on the 23rd.

We're not sure what your 1-Star Review or complaint is about. You didn't order Overnight or Express delivery - we do not offer that. You ordered Priority Delivery which is 2 - 3 days via USPS not including Sunday. Exactly what we delivered.

Band wear advertised a blue vinyl autographed copy of The secret by Alan Parsons for $35 which I purchased on delivery there was no autograph , when I emailed them they said the add was a mistake and that I could send it back to get a refund, I will be keeping said album because it's sold out .this was false advertising on bandwear will never go through them again

As we stated to all who purchased this item, the use of "autographed" in the item description was a mistake. Humans make mistakes, and one of our team members did so on that item. As with you, we reached out to all who purchased and offered to send you a return label at our expense for you to return the item for a full refund.

You were not charged for an autographed item - the item was priced at an un-autographed price. We understand you being frustrated but there was no malicious intent - just a straight up genuine mistake. I'm sorry that you do not feel an offer to return the item for a full refund is acceptable, but it's all we can do.

took over a week to reply to two different email and I still do not have the product. I paid via Amazon so they are working with on refund

The product you ordered is a direct to garment custom printed item. The product page clearly states the item will ship in 3 - 5 business days:

You placed your order on December 17th and it shipped 5 business days later on December 26th (we were closed on both Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day).
