We replaced the shingles and gutters of our houseThe workmanship of gutter installation was very poor and two other crews came to fixNonetheless, there are still a few water leaking spotsThese problems were caused by installing narrow gutter edge which resulted in uncovered gaps between edges and guttersSome screws were installed poorly and this may also be causing the water leakage behind the aluminum siding

Had an awesome experience with Baney Construction! I am a first time home owner and bought an older home with an older roofWe've had some nasty storms with some hail over the summer and I wanted to see if there was any damage so I called Baney to come out and take a lookWe scheduled an appointment and Gary came out and said there was noticeable damageI filled a claim and scheduled a time for an adjuster to inspect the roof to see if it will be covered by my homeowners insuranceGary came over the day of the inspection and accompanied the adjuster through the processAfter about minutes they came down and said I'm getting a new roof! I scheduled the date to have my new roof put on, was supposed to be about a week wait but due to some inclimate weather ended up being more like two weeksThey had a good selection of shingles to choose from and were able to get the whole project done in one dayA complete tear off and re-shingling! Gary was onsite during the entire process to ensure the project was completed properlyThe crew did a great job of cleaning up and the new roof looks amazing! This was a new process for me and Gary made the whole experience very easy and was able to answer all of my questions and was very accommodatingI highly recommend Baney Construction for any roofing needs! They're probably just as good with their remodeling projects but I have yet to use them for those servicesBut you better believe if I am doing any remodeling they will be the first ones I call!

Earlier this year we sustained severe roof damage from wind & hail including some

roof examined by their claims adjuster, Baney Construction was contactedTheir
Rep John *** was excellent in explaining the repairs needed, the cost, the
time they could start, and the time to finishThey were awarded the job and did everything exactly as stated and more! The materials and workmanship were great
and done right on schedule! After completion John *** completely checked
to make sure everything was done right! If you need any type of repairs you will not
fine better people or company to work with than Baney Construction!

We replaced the shingles and gutters of our house. The workmanship of gutter installation was very poor and two other crews came to fix. Nonetheless, there are still a few water leaking spots. These problems were caused by installing narrow gutter edge which resulted in uncovered gaps between edges and gutters. Some screws were installed poorly and this may also be causing the water leakage behind the aluminum siding.

Our neighbor had a roof hail damage and they had Baney Construction replace the entire roof. We saw how quickly and well organized the crew were; they surely did a nice job there, so, we decided to check out what we have to do to get an estimate and start a claim. They checked if we had a roof damage, and helped us with all the steps necessary to start a claim. We made arrangements for the Insurance adjuster to come over to estimate the damage. Everything went smoothly and fast. We signed the contract, chose the materials, they assigned a date, the insurance co. was swift too. They submitted all the documents ; then, on the day of installation, the weather was really bad, cold and very windy. We were amazed that inspite of the bad weather, workers showed up and did the job meticulously and cleaned the place after. We would highly recommend this company.

Our house experienced hail damage in a storm this spring. Based on my neighbor's recommendation I contacted John [redacted] from Baney. John promptly came out and did a through evaluation of our house. He then guided me through the process to file a claim with our insurance company. Once the claim was filed he met with the adjuster to show him exactly what he had found. The claim was then approved by our insurer.
The roofing crew arrived as promised and did a fantastic job. The picked up all debris and left our property as they found it. The foreman kept me informed of the progress an answered all my questions.
The siding crew also did a great job. They even fixed a couple minor problems at no charge.
All in all I highly recommend Baney.

I recently had Baney construction do my siding and gutters because of hail damage. The owner of the company was extremely friendly with my whole family! The crew we had was extremely efficient and they made sure everything was finished to our complete satisfaction!! Plus no mess was left behind!!! Highly recommended!!
