AAA serviced my septic tank 3/16/There was problem detected so they said they would be back the week of 3/to follow upNo one cameI called the week of 4/and they sent a very nice man, Steven outHe said we needed a new leach field and the company would pull the city permits on our existing pump/field and send out Ralph the owner to evaluate and a quote would arrive within weekThe secretary, Gina confirmed that a quote was "being worked on" After follow up calls, and an the excuse of "we are very busy, I am doing the best I can" and "I am sorry if you are mad that I didn't send the contracts" As if that is a problem, that a consumer expect accurate follow through rather than more excuses from Gina, I received the quote via email (first one sent to misspelled address) on 4/19/but Gina stated they had not yet pulled a permitShe did so, then sent it to me 4/20/I had some questions about the permit drawing being inaccurate and I wanted to know if that would cause any installation problems and she became extremely irritated adding "maybe this isn't going to work out, we are a busy company" I told her I wanted the work done, I just wanted more info on how I should prepareHow I should mark my electric fence etcShe said she was taking me off of the schedule adding "we need more time" I explained I was easy to deal with, I just want my questions answered by Ralph before I pay them $She said that Ralph would call me backOn 4/I still had not heard from Ralph but I sent in my signed contract and again left a message that I was eager to get the work doneOn 4/23/I received a phone message from Gina stating that she had received the contract but "I never said Ralph would call you back on Friday, just that he would call you...sometime" She went on to state "I just don't think this is going to work out, were busy and we can't get to you for 3-weeks anyhow." I returned Gina's callI asked that Ralph please call me if only to give me a referralNaturally, I would also like to let him know that his secretary is rude, histrionic and is losing him businessAll I wanted to do is ask the owner a logistics question and I am being denied access by "Gina" the gatekeeperBeware of this company if you think its ok to ask questions because they won't let you past Gina
