Unpaid bill with [redacted] due to error of contractor in starting a fire in the circuit breaker box destroying it On [redacted] I signed a contract with Bang Up Construction, LLC to install siding, soffit and fascia on the cabin located at [redacted] , [redacted] , ** On [redacted] approximately 5:pm a subcontractor hired by Bang Up Construction had nailed a large inch nail directly into the electrical control panel causing it to ignite and burn up the control box We called the [redacted] Fire Department to assure that the fire did not go into the walls or roof There was absolutely no power to the property The contractor advised they would be responsible for the control box and repair the finish on the newly laid wooden floor that was all scratched up with the incident The contractor advised he could have his electrician come out on Tuesday, [redacted] , to do the repairs This was not acceptable due to a frigid cold front moving in, with no elect

After working with a man for three weeks, to have some work done outside my house and inside my house, the day they were to come out and work I received a phone call He said he didn't have any workers!! But when he first came out he was telling me he had plenty of workers
