Do not do business with this company! Bangood.com is a complete jokeI made a small order and my package has not arrived days after it was shippedI have been emailing Customer Service everyday to try and get a refundThey continue to go around my request and keep asking me to verify the same address over and over and to be patientI would say waiting days is pretty patientThen, they have the nerve to say they refunded my 1/of the amount that I paid and that it was processed through [redacted] After waiting another business days, I still do not see a refund in my [redacted] accountThe company has horrible customer service and they are lairsBuyers beware!!!!

In order to ship this item back to China I will have to pay between $and $The item itself is $ That is totally unacceptable. This requirement is the same as having NO Return policy at all. How dare you even suggest that I have to return this item and spend that money. You have nothing on your site requiring this. Also, I ordered an XL because I wanted a L. The XL is actually a medium size. Not even Close to fitting. I am disgusted and I have posted negative feedback for you on all sites I have access to

Everything about ordering from this website was badOrder took quite a while to reach meWireless water pump didn't work like it said it would, so I contacted the companyAfter having to make them a stupid video demo of the item not working (which they couldn't open and then wanted me to post it on youtube) they tell me that I need an additional item to allow the pump to workSomething about having a different voltage in the U.SNowhere in the ad was this statedThe voltage of the item was stated, but nothing about needing another product if you were ordering from the U.SThey declined my request for a refundTotal waste of time and money

DO NOT spend your hard-earned money with this China-based businessThey offer horrendous customer support, and seem to have a non-existent inventory tracking system as their website often displays items as "in stock" when in fact they are notIf you happen to order one of their "in stock" items they will charge your payment method and never inform you of the back-order! You are responsible for monitoring your order on their website and contacting them about the status - which will always be "within days"
I have shopped with them several times now, and each was a headache, but never againMy most recent order for items saw of them arrive with tracking at my address, although their website lists all items as being in the same packageOf course they charged me, and now looking at their website shows the missing item is out-of-stock
My order previous to this took almost months for all of the items to reach me! They will not ship your items until the whole order is available, so if something goes out-of-stock while they wait for another back-order to become available you get to wait even longerEventually you have to force them to ship the in-stock items, and continue to wait for "days"

I did receive my item, only took about weeks on a 7-day delivery, not happy and think people should be aware of this treatment and customer servicethey kept sending a form letter of please just bear with us, your item will arrive notes

I've made a few purchases from BangGood lately and have had several issues which I'll list below.
1st. They do not tell you when an item is out of stock. I purchased an item that was supposed to ship within a few days and it took nearly a month to ship and the only reason I found out was because I inquired about my order.
2nd. They leave up incorrect information in their products "questions" section. As an example, I purchased an RC helicopter without the remote as their question section stated it was compatible with a remote that I already had. Needless to say it wasn't, which meant I had to spend an additional $30 to purchase the correct remote.
3rd. They're selling an "Upgraded" version of an RC airplane from their warehouse in China and charging $65+ for it. However, they're selling the "same" plane from their US warehouse for $40. The only problem is that the $40 version is not the Upgraded version and the only way to find this out is if you happen to see a tiny bit of fine print snuggled in between a bunch of photos and other information about the item. The title of the product, and the product page itself states that it's the "Upgraded" version several times. Very shady business practice.

I have been emailing Customer Service everyday to try and get a refund. They continue to go around my request and keep asking me to verify the same address over and over and to be patient. I would say waiting 25 days is pretty patient. Then, they have the nerve to say they refunded my 1/3 of the amount that I paid and that it was processed through [redacted]. After waiting another 2 business days, I still do not see a refund in my [redacted] account. The company has horrible customer service and they are lairs. Buyers beware!!!!

Just ordered a couple of items from the site in September and when arrived I received 2 identical shipments. Needless to say I ordered only one set. When checked I noticed there was another order 2 minutes after the one I placed my order. Contacted CS, got an email back from Sabrina where she was asking me to keep the parts and sell them if I don't need them. I said no. The next she offered that I ship the stuff back, but have to pay shipping. I said no. The last e-mail from Sabrina says that I ordered it twice so it is my fault. Why would I order it twice?! 2 minutes apart?!Have nothing better to do with my time? They have no idea how this works in US. Stay away for your own "Good". I've already contacted my credit card to question this.
