Bangkok 54 Restaurant

This restaurant takes orders for carry-out over the phone, and keeps credit card numbers on file. After ordering from them over the phone on the evening of July 13, 2016, my husband's credit card received fraudulent charges from multiple businesses.

Review: The Restaurant tampered with my receipt. My friends and I split the check evenly, and compensated for differences in what we ate and drank with the tip. Since I don't drink alcohol, my bill was the lowest, and the split check amount was actually more than 30% tax and tip on what I ate, so I was to pay $0 tip, and others were to pay extra to equalize the tip for the table. Well, someone at Bangkok 54 took it upon themselves to tamper with my receipt and add a $4 tip. My subtotal was for $22.09, I put a line through the tip line, and put a total of $22.09. My bank statement shows a charge of $26.09. Someone at the restaurant tampered with my receipt and fraudulently added a $4 tip.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded, and more importantly, I want the company to change its business practices.Thank you.
