Review: I came in and had a complaint about the food. The manager called me obscene names and cursed and yelled at me.

Ordered some take out. We ordered 2 orders of Green Curry, Rice, and Drunken Noodles. When we got it home the green curry was bland and tasteless. Which I was surprised about so I called them to let them know and spoke to [redacted] the "manager" I explained and he told me to bring it back in and get a new one. Well we live too far to really want to do that in 106 degree weather so he said he would take my name down for a future free curry. I said fine.

so we decided to eat the rice and drunken noodles and as I was eating the rice I kept feeling it crunch. I was like dang they are really having an off night. So we through away the rice and the curry. So I called them back [redacted] answered and immediately asked to put me on hold so I said "sure". He kept me on hold for 15 minutes and no one ever came back to the phone. I hung up and tried calling back 3 times but the phone was still off the hook. I decided this just isn't right we decided to just drive back to the place.

When I got there I explained that I had called about the curry and I had tried calling back about the rice and was put on hold... blah blah blah. He walks away in the middle of what I was trying to tell him and comes back and says I can get you new rice. I was like "You know what it is beyond that now I just would rather a refund or something." he said "I am not giving you your money back because I have been through this before. You have to bring the food back to get your money back." I kept trying to speak but every time I would open my mouth he would talk over me and say "You can talk all day but it isn't going to change anything." I said "please stop interrupting me you are being very rude." He walks away and yells "You're being rude."

He gets what I believe to be one of the owners. She comes out and says "I can either get you new food or give you your money back." I was like "I cannot believe he just spoke to me that way." She said "I don't know I wasn't out here for the exchange. I said I wanted my money back and he comes up to me and says

"I don't need you to tell me how to approach the situation. I am a grown [redacted] man."

I was like "Wow are you kidding me just stop talking to me and walk away."

he said to me "Why what are you going to do about it." as though he was threatening me.

I said to the owner "are you seriously letting this happen right now" she said. "I will handle this later"

As I am walking out he yells at me....

"[redacted] you, you [redacted]! Get the [redacted] out of here you [redacted]!"

I honestly felt threatened like he was going to hit me or come at me in some way. I have never been spoken to this way in my life. Desired Settlement: I would like some sort of acknowledgment or apology from the owner.

Company states that they attempted to help this consumer as best they could with her dislike of their food. They offered to remake the food but in the end gave her a full refund.

I do not accept this response because. Yes they are stating the facts, however, just because they ended up refunding me does not mean that he had the right to call me the names he did or cuss at me. My husband and I and several of our friends have been going there for 4 years and that was how they treated me. I did get a refund yes but he still called me a [redacted].
