Additionally, the reason the equipment was returned and the service cancelled was because my mom passed away. I fail to see how it would be possible to send Alert USA 30 days notice prior to her death. I would therefore request that I not be charged $28.50 for failing to do so. In summary, I request that an additional $53.50 be refunded to the estate to satisfy this complaint. [redacted], Executor Estate of [redacted]
