Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I have yet to receive any money from Jay Banhidy of Banhidy & Sons Construction As a matter of fact he texted me on 2/12/stating he had sent me a text a few days prior, that I never received, suggesting that I buy the window and he would put it in for free It would not be free since he cashed my check for $and never did any work for it, nor did he returned my money Additionally, on 2/16/he sent me a text stating he would be "filing bankruptcy on the business What I didn't tell you is that will be opening it in mother name and another owner" 11:11AM "Another owner sorry and another name." 11:13AM This issue is not resolved and my money has not been repaid As for being a relative, to put it on record, his Uncle is my mother's husband, but it is not that we see one another at all The only times I saw Jay is when performed worked for them or for us in the pastAdditionally, I have not harassed him with texts and I have printed copies of ALL the correspondence we have had regarding this issue and will be more than happy to pass those onto the Revdex.com or any other agency Thank you for your time in this matter
