[redacted] I have yet to receive any money from Jay Banhidy of Banhidy & Sons Construction. As a matter of fact he texted me on 2/12/16 stating he had sent me a text a few days prior, that I never received, suggesting that I buy the window and he would put it in for free. It would not be free since he cashed my check for $1712 and never did any work for it, nor did he returned my money. Additionally, on 2/16/16 he sent me a text stating he would be "filing bankruptcy on the business. What I didn't tell you is that will be opening it in mother name and another owner" 11:11AM "Another owner sorry and another name." 11:13AM. This issue is not resolved and my money has not been repaid. As for being a relative, to put it on record, his Uncle is my mother's husband, but it is not that we see one another at all. The only times I saw Jay is when performed worked for them or for us in the past. Additionally, I have not harassed him with texts and I have printed copies of ALL the correspondence we have had regarding this issue and will be more than happy to pass those onto the Revdex.com or any other agency. Thank you for your time in this matter.

Stephen Banhidy indicated he offered to do the work for the consumer free of charge and the consumer refused. Business owner defined "free of charge" minus the $1712 deposit. He alleges Mrs. [redacted] is a family...
member who has also been harassing him via text message.
Stephen Banhidy indicated he has not refunded the consumer any money to date. Mr. Banhidy also stated his "computer is fried" and therefore is unable to provide a copy of the contract.
