Banjara Indian Boutique

I had given my blouse for alteration at Banjara NC boutique in morrisville. The lady didn't deliver it on the day she was supposed to and is now missing in action. I have left messages on the number provided on her door but have not heard back from her. This is very bad customer service and very very irresponsible. I do not stay close so I cannot go to her boutique during the week. Another friend complained about the same stating:[redacted] said: [redacted] I had a terrible experience with Banjara. I would never recommend them. It was a simple stitching of the sleeves (attach sleeves) . 1. She gave me a date to come and pick up when they were closed. There was no notice. When I went to pick it up, I found the door closed ofcourse - however I texted her and there was no response and after multiple texts she finally responded. 2. They stitched the sleeves inside out!! I have never seen such amateur work. After texting and asking for a explanation they never bothered to even apologize.Product_Or_Service: Alteration of blouse /////Desired SettlementI would like to get my clothes back and I do not think I should be paying for the service at all. Since the service was not delievered in a timely manner and also they are not contacting me to let me know what is happening and why the delay even after repeated attempts to contact them myself./////
